I've noticed about myself and my friends that we see things in nonrelative terms at a very fundamental level in many areas, like economics or lack thereof ("why does it have to be a trade, why can't I just make sure they have plenty of food like I make sure myself does?") or personal relationships (polyamory) or justice or lack thereof ("why does there have to be an equal punishment? why can't we just make sure it doesn't happen again? isn't there enough suffering in the world already?") or "economic" value ("but I can't do anything with gold myself, while aluminum is incredibly useful!—yes yes I know there's way less gold in the world than aluminum..but why does that mean I should want it more outside of trading with those who do?") or inter-human perceptions ("No no I don't mean I'm better than then, I just mean I'm great! And so are you! Why can't we both be great! Why does it have to be a competition/comparison?"), or etc.c.c.

Dealmakers
Having achieved (or never lost) the ability to subconsciously distinguish between bigness and badness / smallness and goodness, and/or between value judgements on attributes of people and peoples from eugenickey value judgements on the worth of the whole people or peoples!
Dealbreakers
They can't keep secrets or at least respect privacy and others' safety in this world of rising neonazism, or they're overriding/dominating/subjugating/paternalistic/narcissistic and would try to seize power from people "for their own good", or they would bring in someone who was that.
