This group hopes to form a collective of individual share holders based in Oklahoma, possibly North Texas. The ultimate goal is to purchase land that is held in a land cooperative with purchasable shares that allow the holder to build their residence as they see fit within residential codes.
Eventually build a community center and plan for income building opportunities. Allow people of different incomes an opportunity to join. The theme will be intergenerational family living.
Possibly form a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit. This community acknowledges that their listing does not include any potential violations of the Fair Housing Law
